Account Administration

Basebet manages your Member Account by calculating the funds you have staked or intends to stake on a bet, representing your potential exposure at any time (“Reserved Amount”). We also calculate your available balance periodically and settle bets you make through your participation in the Games.

The amount of money in your Member Account that has not yet been used for a stake (Game) is considered your "available balance," which determines your betting limit.

Basebet's calculations of your Reserved Amount, available balance, and any amounts owed under this Agreement are final. These calculations will only be subject to inquiry or investigation if there is a manifest error.

Basebet will generally offset any losses against gains on a market basis.

Any deposit made into your Member Account will remain until you place a stake or play a Game on the Website. Basebet will then hold that amount while awaiting the outcome of the stake or Game.
