Obligations as a user

You hereby represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these T&Cs and any other documents supplied to you in connection with the Website and the Games. You agree that your use of the Website and Games will be governed by these T&Cs, as amended occasionally.
• You are over 18 years of age or meet the higher minimum legal age required by the laws of your jurisdiction. Under the statutes applicable to you, you are allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Website.
• You will use the Website and your Member Account solely to participate in the Games, not for any financial or other purposes. Participation in the Games is strictly in your personal, non-professional capacity and for recreational and entertainment purposes only.
• You possess the necessary sophistication, expertise, and knowledge to make informed decisions regarding bets, stakes, wagers, and the use of Games. You will not rely on any communication or statement from Basebet, whether written or verbal, as financial, game, or investment advice or as a recommendation to participate in the Games.
• You fully understand that it is your responsibility to ensure you do not breach any applicable laws by participating in the Games.
• You are registering and participating in the Games on your behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Website from, a Restricted Jurisdiction or any other location where participating in or using the Website or Games would conflict with applicable laws or regulations, including those related to online gaming.
• All information you provide to Basebet during this Agreement is true, accurate, complete, and up to date, and you will immediately notify Basebet of any changes to this information.
• You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to your participation in the Games, including any winnings you receive from Basebet, in accordance with relevant laws.
• Any money you deposit into your Member Account is not derived from any illegal activity or source.
• You understand that participating in the Games risks losing the money you deposit into your Member Account.
• You are not, and will not be, involved in any fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity in connection with the Games, nor will you use any software-assisted methods, techniques, or devices in connection with your participation. Basebet reserves the right to invalidate or terminate your Member Account or your participation in a Game if such behavior is detected.
• Your participation in Games and executing this Agreement will not violate any laws, regulations, or rules applicable to you.
• For deposits and withdrawals, you will only use valid funds, credit cards, or financial instruments that belong to you lawfully.
• The software made available to you by Basebet, its Affiliates, or third parties is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may only use the software for personal and recreational purposes in compliance with these T&Cs and all applicable laws.
• Games played on or through the Website should be played similarly to how they would be played in any other setting. You will be courteous to other users and Basebet representatives, refraining from rude or obscene comments, including in chat rooms.
• You bear the legal responsibility and liability for complying with the laws applicable to you. Neither the bank nor the payment provider processing your deposit or withdrawal transactions will be liable for any violation of applicable laws on your part.
• You understand and accept that payment service providers process your payments, and you have no statutory right to revoke already purchased services or cancel payments. Payment service providers are not responsible for processing failures or an issuing bank's refusal to authorize a payment.
• You confirm that the funds used for deposits are not derived from illegal sources and that your wallet (Member Account) is not being used for criminal or illicit activities, including but not limited to money laundering or terrorism financing.
