Deposits

Unless otherwise specified in these T&Cs, you may only participate in Games if you have sufficient funds in your Member Account. Basebet does not offer credit for participation in any Game. You may, however, play demo Games without funds, but you will not be able to win real money.

All necessary information regarding depositing funds into your Member Account, including available currencies and payment methods, is found in your Member Account interface on the Website. Payment methods may vary by jurisdiction and can change over time. Please note that fees and charges may apply based on your payment method, and it is your responsibility to ensure they are acceptable to you.

Principal Currency:

During registration, you must select a primary currency for your Member Account (the "Principal Currency") from the list of available currencies. While you may deposit using any available fiat or cryptocurrency, the Principal Currency of your Member Account will be the default for transactions.

Default Game Currency:

If a Game’s currency differs from your Principal Currency, the Website will automatically convert your balance into USD (the "Default Game Currency") at Basebet’s exchange rate. You will see your Member Account balance in your Principal Currency alongside your Game session balance in USD. The exchange rate is visible at any time during your session, and if you disagree with the rate, you may terminate the session and select a Game that supports your Principal Currency.

Third-Party Payments:

Deposits to your Member Account must be made by you and no other person. If a third party makes a deposit (“Prohibited Deposit”), we will return the funds via the same payment method, excluding any applicable fees. Any transactions made using Prohibited Deposits will be void, and Basebet reserves the right to close your account if repeated Prohibited Deposits occur.

Fees:

Certain deposit methods may incur charges. Please refer to the "Cashier" section on your Member Account page for current deposit fees. Your bank or payment provider may also impose independent charges for transfers.

Credit or Debit Cards:

Funds deposited via credit or debit card will only be credited to your account once Basebet receives irrevocable approval and an authorization code. If this is not received, the funds will not be credited.

Verification Procedures:

Basebet reserves the right to use additional verification methods, including identity verification when processing deposits. This may include requesting a selfie with your identification document.

No Interest:

Basebet is not a financial institution. Your Member Account will not accrue interest, and Basebet does not offer conversion or exchange services. Credit balances will not bear interest, and Basebet does not grant credit for using its Website or services.

Fund Protection:

Basic protection is provided for the funds in your Member Account. However, in the event of insolvency, User funds may form part of Basebet’s business assets.

Currency Fluctuations:

Basebet is not responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange rates, including cryptocurrencies. Market forces determine these fluctuations, and Basebet shall not be liable for any resulting losses or damages.

Deposited Funds Availability:

Deposits are typically available within a reasonable time after confirmation. Before making a withdrawal, all previous deposits must be confirmed.

Cryptocurrency Deposits:

For cryptocurrency deposits, funds may not be fully available in your Member Account until the necessary confirmations are received. The number of confirmations required can vary depending on the cryptocurrency, and Basebet is not liable for any preliminary notifications about changes to these requirements.

Minimum Deposit Amounts:

When depositing cryptocurrencies, please ensure the deposit meets the minimum amount required for that cryptocurrency. Deposits below the minimum will not be processed or returned to you.
