Any funds held in your Member Account may be withheld until the verification process is complete.

Basebet may request further details as part of KYC procedures, such as your age, identity, address, and contact details, including your place of residence and where you access the Website (if different from your residence). All provided information must be accurate and truthful.

We reserve the right to contact you by phone using the number provided during registration as part of the KYC process. Until your Member Account is fully verified, no withdrawals or payouts (cashouts) will be processed.

We may verify your information using third-party services and verification systems. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and correct. You represent and warrant to Basebet that the information provided is true, complete, and accurate.
