General game rules

You may only place a bet, stake, or wager after registering your Member Account on the Website. Unless otherwise specified in these T&Cs, a bet, stake, or wager can only be placed if you have sufficient funds in your Member Account.

Basebet reserves the right to stop offering any Game at its discretion.

Each bet, stake, or wager you place will be governed by the version of the T&Cs and the specific Game rules that are valid at the time your bet, stake, or wager is accepted.

A bet, stake, or wager is considered accepted once it is received by Basebet's system and validated.

Basebet reserves the right to decline bets, stakes, and wagers on any Game if there is a valid reason.

You can view the list of all bets, stakes, and wagers you have made, along with details, by logging into the Website.

If Basebet decides to close your Member Account, any placed bets, stakes, or wagers will not be voided, and you will be paid any winnings unless there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Once a bet, stake, or wager is placed and confirmed, it cannot be amended, withdrawn, or canceled.

When you place a bet, stake, or wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all T&Cs and Game rules available on the Website.

Winnings will be credited to your Member Account after the final result is confirmed. However, Basebet reserves the right to withhold winnings if there is suspicion of criminal activity that may have affected the outcome of the event. Basebet reserves the right to void any related bets, stakes, wagers, and winnings if confirmed.

If Basebet discovers that you have placed bets, stakes, or wagers from multiple Member Accounts that were irregularly opened, all such bets, stakes, and wagers will be voided, and further action may be taken as deemed necessary.

In communication errors, bets, stakes, and wagers are only confirmed once received on Basebet servers. If there is a communication break after the servers receive your bet, stake, or wager, it will still be valid. The bet, stake, or wager will only stand if the offer is received, and funds will be deducted from your Member Account.

If a Game starts but fails or produces an inaccurate result due to a software breakdown, random number generator, or Game account management, all related stakes and winnings will be canceled, and the Game account balance will be restored to its previous state.

If you disconnect during an active Game, the stake amount will be returned to your Game account. Unwagered stakes will be returned, confirmed bets will be processed, and any winnings will be credited to your account.

Basebet strives to avoid mistakes when quoting paytables. However, if a mistake occurs, Basebet reserves the right to adjust payout ratios even after the event has concluded, when applicable.

If Basebet incorrectly credits your Member Account or Game account, it is your responsibility to notify Basebet immediately and repay the incorrect amount.

If a software or random number generator malfunction occurs, the bet will be considered null and void, and the stake will be returned to you.

Basebet’s refund policy does not typically allow for refunds, but management may, at its discretion, consider refund requests for deposits.

Basebet reserves the right to cancel rating points or payments if a player has violated the rules or if there is collusion between players. Additionally, Basebet reserves the right to cancel points or payments in the event of a technical malfunction in one or more tournament Games.
