Account Registration

To participate in any Game offered by Basebet on the Website for real money, you must first register an account on the Website (a “Member Account”).

Basebet reserves the right to engage third parties or Affiliates as payment processors or payment solution providers to handle funds on behalf of Basebet.

You are only allowed to have one Member Account with Basebet. If you attempt to open more than one, all accounts may be blocked or closed. If you become aware of multiple accounts under different names, you must notify Basebet immediately.

Registration:

A request to open a Member Account is made by completing the registration form and submitting it to Basebet through the Website. Basebet reserves the right to refuse account registration in cases of violation of our T&Cs or policies, third-party policies, or applicable laws and regulations.

You must enter all required information, such as a valid email address, name, and mobile phone number. For security purposes, your email address must be verified by following the verification link sent to your registered email.

Eligibility:

You must be 18 or older or meet the minimum legal age defined by your jurisdiction's laws to participate in Games on the Website.

Restricted Jurisdictions:

You acknowledge that using the Website or its products and services may be illegal in certain countries. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Website complies with the laws of your country. By using the Website, you confirm that gambling is not illegal in your place of residence.

Residents from certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to Aruba, Australia, Belgium, Curacao, France, Spain, Germany, the United States, and the United Kingdom, are prohibited from opening or using Member Accounts (“Restricted Jurisdictions”). By using the Website, you confirm you are not a resident of or residing in a Restricted Jurisdiction.

Ineligibility:

If you are found to be underage or a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction after KYC checks, Basebet will block your account, void all transactions, and freeze your funds.

Basebet will assess each case involving an Ineligible Person and determine the appropriate course of action, including handling funds.

Basebet may engage local consultants and governmental agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws regarding ineligible persons. If such engagement incurs expenses, Basebet reserves the right to deduct these expenses from the Member Account unless prohibited by law.

Password:

As part of the registration process, you will be required to create a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login details. Basebet is not responsible for any misuse of your account due to disclosure of login details. If Basebet suspects unauthorized use of your account, it reserves the right to suspend or close it.

If you need to reset or change your password, you must have access to the email address used to register your account. For security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be disabled for 48 hours following a password change.

We highly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.

You are not allowed to sell, transfer, or acquire accounts from other users.

Inactive Accounts:

Any positive balance will be reset if your account is inactive for 180 days. You can contact customer support to reinstate this balance at any time.

Anti-Fraud:

All transactions are monitored by our Anti-Fraud department by applicable money laundering laws. Any suspicious activity may result in your account being reported to authorities, account closure, or confiscation of funds.
