Refund Policy

Basebet does not guarantee reimbursements, returns, or refunds unless expressly stated otherwise. Refunds will only be considered if the funds in question have not been used as stakes in the Games.

In cases where a technical breakdown, error, or problem occurs due to our fault (from now on collectively referred to as "Technical Issues") and results in a decrease in your wallet (Member Account) balance, Basebet may consider your refund request.

You acknowledge that Basebet cannot prevent all potential Technical Issues. If you encounter issues while using the Website or Games, please notify our customer support at support@Basebet.com

If a technical issue causes a decrease in your wallet balance, you must submit a refund request to customer support within seven (7) days of the balance decrease or when you first became aware of it. For clarity, it will be assumed that you became aware of the balance decrease the first time you logged in to your Member Account after the decrease. Requests submitted after this period will still be considered; however, Basebet reserves the right to refuse such requests at its sole discretion without explanation.

Basebet may request additional documentation and information for KYC checks or to assist with reviewing your refund request. You must provide all required documents and information (including screenshots or other supporting data) within five (5) days of our request.

Basebet may refuse your refund request if:

• The decrease in your wallet balance was not due to a Technical Issue.
• You fail to provide the requested documents or additional information.
• The refund request is based on a potential or theoretical win.
• The decrease in balance resulted from problems with your system (e.g., computer or device malfunction, internet connection issues) or third-party systems beyond our control.
• You were prohibited from using the Website or a Game as outlined in these T&Cs.
• The issue occurred due to inactivity, which caused a timeout on your system.

If you submit false or fraudulent refund requests more than twice consecutively or more than three times in total, Basebet reserves the right to suspend or close your Member Account, cease communication, or take further action, including reporting to local authorities or law enforcement agencies.
